Why I Photograph
I believe a photograph must be more than the simple result of light striking a sensor or film. At its core, photography is rooted in human experience. Technique, composition, and framing are tools, but it is the decisive moment — when emotion and vision converge — that transforms an image into something magical.
In my work, whether I am capturing the quiet presence of a product or the raw truth of reality, I strive for that moment of resonance. Alfred Stieglitz once said, “When I photograph, I make love.” To me, a photograph is an act of intimacy, passion, and connection. It is never just mechanical; it requires a profound engagement with the subject, a willingness to see and feel deeply.
